This film has been billed as made by users of my space? This was not the case. My space users were given a chance to enter a competition but NO Leads were offered and no further auditions. The cast had seemingly already been chosen as they were announced before the decision was made. Vito Rocco had already made stuff for channel four and presented his film using a proper crew He and other more pro directors made it the final. Funny how professional film makers with budgets cast and crew joined my space.. The real my space film makers with little money were overlooked even though there was some cracking entries. Some bit parts were given to my space users and thats it. There was some very good audtions that were sidelined...

Bottom line?

The film tried to use My Space in its marketing campaign in order to create a feeling of public ownership and to promote itself amongst the millions of My Space users.. My Space seemed happy to oblige as possible money promotion would change hands. This is a terrible way to con the public in my opinion. Every single reviewer has taken on board what the film makers say without question.. Again if this is a true reflection of todays press we are in dire straits.
