This films absolutely hilarious! Saw it at the cinema when it came out and wasnt expecting much, but right from the opening line when Ray explains that Bruges is in Belgium it had me laughing out loud!

"One gay beer for my gay friend, one normal beer for me because I am normal."

Brilliant!

It loved it! The script sparkles from start to finish, the directing is perfect, the location is lovely, it's very funny indeed, there's an almost impossibly pretty girl in it, and to my surprise and delight, Colin Farrell has splendid comic timing.

Candidate for my film of the year.
