You must have:

• Solid experience of leading and developing a team
  
  
• The willingness and ability to be a player-manager (you can and must be hands-on where necessary)
  
  
• Experience of organic search engine marketing
  
  
• Experience of developing online strategic partnerships
  
  
• Strong commercial awareness with particularly good deal negotiation and influencing skills
  
  
• A proven track record of delivering a significant increase in traffic and sales
  
  
• Ability to show initiative and ideas to constantly improve the View offering
  
  
• A strongly results-oriented approach and be able to articulate previous achievements quantitatively
  
  
• Proven ability to drive results through online approaches
  
  
• Ability to articulate brand/market positioning issues
  
  

You will be responsible for leading and developing an expanding marketing team to achieve results as well as working with other teams across the business to maximize their online sales and marketing potential in order to build profitable opportunities and revenue growth through the web.

We currently have two offices, our Head Office in Folkestone, Kent and the other in Covent Garden. This position could be based in either office.
