The ViewBrighton Review
Students can't help but tell their mates about the Bugle Inn which charms them with its handy location and its down to earth approach. The VenueWith its black and white facade, its hanging baskets, wooden shutters on the windows and benches out the front, The Bugle Inn is a good-looking premises. Inside, it has been redecorated in a pale and dark green colour scheme that is clean and fresh without making any attempt to become yet another style bar. There's an enclosed outside space around the back for al fresco drinking and smoking which is invariably one of the most popular areas of the pub especially with students from the nearby uni.
The PeopleStudents, students and more students pack out the bar at any time of the night and day. Dropping by for a quick drink before lectures, unwinding after lectures with a longer drink and an ever increasing group of friends.
The DrinkOne of the few pubs in Brighton to choose not to serve food, the Bugle Inn is all about liquid refreshment. Kronenbourg, Fosters, Stella Artois, Harveys, Landlord, Youngs Special and Thatchers Heritage Cider are all on tap. As for the bottles there's Magners, Becks, Budvar, Holsten Pils and Corona.
The Last WordOne of the most popular student pubs in the area, the Bugle Inn has achieved its popularity by sticking to what it knows best. Namely, remaining a decent local boozer with a solid range of drinks.
