cant comment on your visit - but i am a Manager ( not there) and i get letters from whining customers now and again, my view is & get over it , i bet you earn more & dont work 12 hours a day weekends , evenings -so give her a break - Report

I am supporting Jane, as a paying customer she has full right to expect high standard service.

For the person responding to this review: I am always surprised to hear such attitude from people working in the hospitality sector.

If you don't want to serve people or work 12 hour shifts, go find other job. Also being pleasant to customers means you are likely to have a nice pleasant day at work yourself. - Report
