This pub has lots of charm- it does get very crowded which is a little annoying if you want food in a hurry, but then again it means the food/drink is good! There is an excellent range of drinks, with a decent glass of wine available and properly looked after 'real ales', which to my mind is what makes a traditional/classier pub special- not just your average Fosters and so on (although I've enjoyed a lager here on a hot day too).
There is an upstairs bar- that's OK but I don't think they need the trendy angle because people go to the Cricketers for a traditional feel - even younger folk like me.

I really enjoyed my pint in this pub it has so much character and charm.
